WHO AM I?

My name is Nico Alkalay.

I have always been in love with baking ever since a young age and when I turned 18, I decided to pursue my passion and turn it into a career when I made the decision to enroll in the Culinary Institute of America. In 2023, I graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Baking & Pastry and have since opened my own home-based patisserie: "Sweet Innovations".

As a pastry chef, I am dedicated to innovation and the art of global patisserie. Passionate about reinventing classic pastries with unique flavors as well as paying homage to my heritage through flavors, I aims to bring fresh perspectives through Sweet Innovations for everyone to enjoy as much as I do.
